IGN is now offering class for Adults looking to improve upon or learn gymnastics. Classes take place a few Sundays each month and are drop-in. The skills worked on in class are tailored to each person. Included in the cost of class is access to an hour Open Gym immediately following class. You can use this time to work on the skills you learned.

Before you attend class, please call or email the office to purchase an IGN membership. You will also need to provide proof of health insurance.

Cost is $15 per class (exact cash or check only day of).

Please wear athletic clothing; bare feet is preferred, no shoes allowed.
