Founded by a former Olympic coach, Iowa Gym-Nest started as a small gym with a big dream: to bring gymnastics to the children of Iowa. Over the decades, we have expanded into a comprehensive facility offering programs ranging from beginner to elite competition levels. Celebrating over 50 years of success, our gym has produced state champions, national competitors, and well-rounded individuals.
