Join us for IGN’s annual High Performance Camp July 6-9, 2026!

This camp is open to all competitive gymnasts levels 2-7 and all Xcel gymnasts (ages 6-18). There will be a Parent Showcase at 2PM on Thursday. The cost for camp is $425 per gymnast. A $100 deposit is due at the time of registration. Coaches may attend for free with a paying athlete. This camp is a great opportunity for coaches to train with IGN’s National Instructors and learn to spot new skills!
All gymnast who attend with get a complimentary camp leotard. Space is limited to only 30 gymnasts. Claim your spot now before it’s too late!
Sample Daily Schedule:
- 8:30-9:00 – Check-in and Warm-up
- 9:00-9:55 – Vault Workout
- 10:00-10:55 – Bar Workout
- 11:00-11:55 – Strength and Flexibility
- 12:00-1:00 – Lunch on own
- 1:00-1:30 – Game and Stretching
- 1:30-2:25 – Beam Workout
- 2:30-3:25 – Floor Workout
- 3:30-3:55 – Skit with group
- 4:00-4:30 – Closing and Awards
